At Nidraa Mattress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked “non-returnable.
- Products that show signs of use, stains, or damage.
- Custom size mattresses.
Process for Returns
- Contact our support team at enquiry@nidraamattress.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will guide you through the return request.
- Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the product back.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products.
- If you received the wrong size or defective item, we will arrange for a free replacement.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your mattress arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue to speed up the replacement process.
