Depending on the model, Bloom comes with a 5-year or 7-year warranty , covering:

Damage caused by improper use or accidents (liquid spills, burns, cuts) is not covered.
Bloom can be used on both sides, thanks to its dual-side quilted structure.
For the best durability, we recommend:

Rotate 180° every 2–3 months
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean stains and a vacuum cleaner for dust. We also recommend using a mattress protector to extend the life and hygiene of your mattress.
Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location. For custom sizes, please allow a few extra days for manufacturing.
In case your mattress arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair under our warranty and return policy.
