The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as foam sagging, uneven surface, or faulty stitching. It does not cover damage due to misuse, stains, or normal wear and tear.
We recommend rotating the mattress every 3–4 months to maintain even wear. Flipping is not required as it is a single-sided design with a quilted top layer.
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean stains and a vacuum cleaner for dust. We also recommend using a mattress protector to extend the life and hygiene of your mattress.
Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location. For custom sizes, please allow a few extra days for manufacturing.
In case your mattress arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair under our warranty and return policy.
Currently, we don’t offer a trial period, but our Bliss mattress comes with a 3-year warranty and is designed with tested comfort layers to ensure long-lasting support. Many of our customers find the firmness level ideal from day one.
